Capitol Report: NJSBA Recommends Amendments to Strengthen Resources for Mental Health in Family Courts
10/23/26 – Check out this week's Capitol Report for updates on the NJSBA's advocacy efforts, including its recommended amendments to legislation aimed at expanding access to mental health professionals for young people in Family Court. The report also highlights the NJSBA's call for volunteer attorneys to provide nonpartisan legal representation to voters turned away from the polls who must seek a court order to cast their ballots.
NJSBA Celebrates 30 Years of the Tax Court Judges Reception
10/23/26 – The NJSBA marked the 30th anniversary of its annual Tax Court Judges Reception at the New Jersey Law Center, bringing together members of the legal community, New Jersey Tax Court judges and their law clerks. The gathering provided an opportunity for members of this area of the bar to reconnect with colleagues and welcome the newest class of law clerks.

Donations of low-sugar cereal, shelf-stable milk, rice, peanut butter, canned tuna in water, pasta sauce (no glass containers) and whole wheat pasta will be accepted through Nov.
