NJSBA 2015 Election
New Jersey State Bar Association general members can now vote on who will be the next secretary.
On the ballot will be association trustees Kimberly A. Yonta and Fruqan Mouzon and former trustee Robert J. Brass.
The Nominating Committee selected Yonta when it released its slate of candidates in February. Brass and Mouzon are seeking the office by petition, and as such each submitted petitions containing at least 250 signatures of general members, as per the association’s bylaws.
The successful candidate will be sworn-in at the Annual Meeting and Convention in May.
