Robert J. O’Donnell Re-Appointed Cumberland County Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Millville attorney Robert J. O’Donnell was re-appointed to a two-year term on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Board of Trustees. He was sworn in at the NJSBA’s Annual Meeting and Convention in Atlantic City on May 22.
An NJSBA member since 1995, Mr. O’Donnell was first appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2006. He is a member of the Family Law Section’s Executive Committee. He is also a former president of the Cumberland County Bar Association and currently serves on its Board of Trustees.
In 2005, Mr. O’ Donnell was appointed by then Chief Justice Deborah Poritz to serve as a member of the Bench Bar Liaison Committee on Family Division Standardization and Best Practices. The committee is charged with reviewing the application of standards and best practices in the Family Courts throughout the state.
A Widener University School of Law graduate, Mr. O’Donnell is a solo practitioner representing clients in family law matters. He is also General Counsel for the Cumberland County Utilities Authority.
