Arthur H. Miller Re-Appointed At-Large Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Arthur H. Miller, a founding member of the New Brunswick law firm Miller Miller & Tucker, PA, and resident of Highland Park was re-appointed to a two-year term on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Board of Trustees. He was sworn in at the NJSBA’s Annual Meeting and Convention in Atlantic City on May 22.

An NJSBA member since 1969, Mr. Miller was first appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2006. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Law Section, the Individual Rights Section and the Real Property Trust and Estate Law Section. Mr. Miller is also a member of several committees including: the Ad Hoc Committee on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), the Membership and Public Relations Committee, and the Consumer Protection Law Committee. In addition, Mr. Miller is a past president and member of both the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Foundation. He served for ten years as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Middlesex County Legal Services Corporation.

A Princeton University and Columbia Law School graduate, Mr. Miller’s practice concentrates in the areas of personal injury, business law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, estate planning and probate.
