Charles W. Heuisler Receives Distinguished Legislative Service Award

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Charles W. Heuisler, a Cherry Hill resident and partner with the Haddonfield law firm Archer & Greiner, was honored with the New Jersey State Bar Association’s (NJSBA) Distinguished Legislative Service Award during the Association’s Board of Trustees Meeting and Holiday Luncheon on December 7, 2007 at the NJ Law Center.

Mr. Heuisler received the award in recognition of his years of service on the NJSBA’s Legislative Committee. He served as the Committee’s first chair from 1991 to 1993 and continued to serve on the Committee until 2007. Through his strong leadership and dedication, the Legislative Committee has become an integral part of the legislative policy review process, advancing the Association’s advocacy efforts.

An NJSBA Member Emeritus, Mr. Heuisler has been active in the Association since 1967. He served on the Association’s Board of Trustees for Camden County from 1990-1993 and is a member and former chair of both the Equity Jurisprudence and the Amicus Committees. Additionally, Mr. Heuisler was a founding member of the NJSBA’s Lawyer Assistance Program.

Mr. Heuisler received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law. He is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and his practice focuses on complex commercial, real estate and estate litigation, both in state and federal courts. He has also handled specific cases in the areas of construction litigation, internal corporate and partnership disputes, professional liability claims (non-medical), trade secret and proprietary information disputes and general contract disputes.
