Eli L. Eytan Re-Appointed Trustee to New Jersey State Bar Association

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Eli L. Eytan, a Toms River resident and attorney, was re-appointed to a two-year term on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Board of Trustees. He was sworn in at the NJSBA’s Annual Meeting in Atlantic City, May 15-18.

An NJSBA member since 1981, Mr. Eytan was first appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2005 and is the Trustee Liaison to the General Practice Section and the Appellate Practice Committee. In addition, Mr. Eytan is the president of the Ocean County Bar Association.

A current member of the District IIIA Fee Arbitration Committee and a former member of the Supreme Court Civil Practice Committee and the District IIIA Ethics Committee, Mr. Eytan is also past president of Ocean/Monmouth Legal Services. Additionally, he is a frequent lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and contributes to West’s New Jersey Practice series.

Mr. Eytan received his law degree with honors from the National Law Center, George Washington University.

The New Jersey State Bar Association, incorporated in 1899, is dedicated to the continuing education of lawyers and the public, to reforming and improving the legal system and to aiding in the administration of justice.
