Arnold N. Fishman Re-Appointed Trustee to New Jersey State Bar Association

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Arnold N. Fishman, a Medford Lakes resident and partner in the Haddon Heights and Hammonton law firm Fishman Littlefield and Fishman LLC, was re-appointed to a two-year term on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Board of Trustees. He was sworn in at the NJSBA’s Annual Meeting in Atlantic City, May 16-18.

An NJSBA member since 1982, Mr. Fishman was first appointed to the Board in January, 2007 to complete the remaining term of Michele M. Fox who vacated the position. Mr. Fishman is a former chair of the Association’s Municipal Court Practice Section and the Municipal Court Practice Committee of the Camden County Bar Association. He currently serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court Municipal Court Practice Committee.

Mr. Fishman was a lead counsel in State v. Foley and represents the New Jersey State Bar Association as an amicus before the Supreme Court of New Jersey in State v. Chun, testing the scientific reliability of the Alcotest 7110 MKIII-C.

Admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Washington, DC, Mr. Fishman’s practice is limited to defending persons in Municipal Courts of the State of New Jersey with emphasis on driving while intoxicated.

The New Jersey State Bar Association, incorporated in 1899, is dedicated to the continuing education of lawyers and the public, to reforming the legal system and to aiding in the administration of justice.
