Edward J. Rebenack Named Trustee of New Jersey State Bar Association

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Edward J. Rebenack, a Hillsborough resident and partner in the New Brunswick law firm Rebenack, Aronow & Mascolo, LLP, was appointed to a two-year term on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Board of Trustees. He was sworn in at the NJSBA’s Annual Meeting in Atlantic City, May 16-18.

An NJSBA member since 2000, Mr. Rebenack served as the Chair of the Young Lawyers Division for 2006-2007. He was appointed to the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law for 2006-2007. In addition, he is the Vice President of the Middlesex County Bar Association and was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court District VIII Committee for the term 2005-2007.

Mr. Rebenack was selected as a rising star lawyer in the July, 2006 New Jersey Law Journal’s “New Jersey’s 40 under 40.” NJBIZ also named him a 2006 Forty Under 40 award recipient. In addition, he earned the distinction of Rising Star in the 2006 New Jersey Super Lawyers publication.

Mr. Rebenack graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. In addition, he is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 2 percent of New Jersey licensed attorneys.

The New Jersey State Bar Association, incorporated in 1899, is dedicated to the continuing education of lawyers and the public, to reforming the legal system and to aiding in the administration of justice.
