Arnold N. Fishman Named Camden County Trustee

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—Haddon Heights attorney Arnold N. Fishman will be installed as Camden County Trustee to the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) at the board of trustees meeting scheduled for Jan. 12, 2007 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick. Mr. Fishman will complete the remaining term of Michele M. Fox who vacated the position upon her appointment to a Superior Court judgeship. This term will expire in May 2007. The 45-member Board of Trustees manages the affairs and operation of the association.

A member of the NJSBA since 1982, Mr. Fishman is a former chair of the association's Municipal Court Practice Section and the Municipal Court Practice Committee of the Camden County Bar Association. He currently serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court Municipal Court Practice Committee.

Mr. Fishman was a lead counsel in State v. Foley and represents the New Jersey State Bar Association as an amicus before the Supreme Court of New Jersey in State v. Chun, testing the scientific reliability of the Alcotest 7110 MKIII-C.

Admitted to the bar of New Jersey and Washington, DC in 1965, Mr. Fishman is a member of the law firm of Fishman, Littlefield & Fishman, LLC with offices in Haddon Heights and Hammonton, New Jersey. He served as municipal prosecutor in various towns for over 25 years. Mr. Fishman’s practice is limited to defending persons in the Municipal Courts of the State of New Jersey with an emphasis on driving while intoxicated.
