HHL Section Seeks Award Nominees
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—The NJSBA Health and Hospital Section is seeking nominations for its first annual Distinguished Service Award. The recipient must be a member of the section who exemplifies leadership in the practice area. The section chair is ineligible for the award during his or her year of service.
Nominees will be evaluated in the following areas: significant, tangible contributions to the section for a period of no less than five years in the seven years immediately proceeding the award; and leadership within the section. The selection committee may also consider a nominee’s record in promoting participation and education within the section and the healthcare bar and industry.
The deadline for submissions, which should be directed to Lisa Taylor at email@example.com, is March 1. The award will be presented to the winner at the section’s end-of-year meeting in May.
The New Jersey State Bar Association, incorporated in 1899, is dedicated to the continuing education of lawyers and the public, to reforming and improving the legal system and to aiding in the administration of justice.
