Court Rule Changes Adopted By NJ Supreme Court
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—The Supreme Court Committee reports which were released for public comment on February 23rd (CLICK HERE FOR NOTICE) have been adopted with slight revisions by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Areas where rule adoptions have occurred include: Civil Practice, Criminal Practice, Family Practice, Municipal Court Practice, Special Civil Part Practice and the Tax Court.
The Court has issued an order with the adoption of new or amended rules with those amendments becoming effective on September 1, 2004. Click here for a link to the adopted rules
