Christopher Baylinson Named As Trustee To New Jersey State Bar Association
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ—Christopher M. Baylinson, a Margate resident and partner in the Egg Harbor Township law firm of Perskie Nehmad & Perillo, P.C., was installed as a trustee to the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) at the organization’s recent annual meeting in Atlantic City. The board of trustees is responsible for the management of the affairs and property of the association.
An NJSBA member for 14 years, Baylinson is a member of the association’s General Council.
A member of the Atlantic County Bar Association (ACBA), Baylinson was recognized as Young Lawyer of the Year by the ACBA in 1998. He is a former trustee of the ACBA and immediate past treasurer. He began a term as secretary this past June.
Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney, Baylinson is admitted to the New Jersey bar, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. He is a civil division arbitrator and a member of the Hahneman Inns of Court.
Within his community, Baylinson serves on the board of directors of the Atlantic City Art Center and is a member of the Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce Smart Growth Task Force. He is also a Margate Minor League baseball coach.
Baylinson is a graduate of Rollins College and received his law degree from Quinnipiac School of Law. He practices land use, real estate and civil litigation.
The New Jersey State Bar Association, incorporated in 1899, is dedicated to the continuing education of lawyers and the public, to reforming and improving the legal system and to aiding in the administration of justice.
