Marie Rose Bloomer Named State Bar Association Trustee
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Marie Rose Bloomer, a Berkeley Heights attorney and Neshanic Station resident, was installed as a trustee to the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) at the organization’s recent annual meeting in Atlantic City.
An NJSBA member for 22 years, Bloomer is a former chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section and has been a member of the section’s Executive Committee since 1985. She is currently a member of the association’s Legislative Committee.
Bloomer is managing attorney for the Law Office of Marie Rose Bloomer, an 11-attorney firm with a concentration on workers’ compensation practice. The firm is staff counsel for the Kemper Insurance Companies.
Bloomer has served on the Division of Workers’ Compensation Commission on Judicial Performance since 1995, on the Commissioner of Labor Advisory Council from 1991 to 1993, and is a member of the Defense Research Institute.
She is a member of the Somerset County Bar Association and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and U.S. District Courts in the District of New Jersey.
Bloomer is a magna cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University and a cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law.
The New Jersey State Bar Association, incorporated in 1899, is dedicated to the continuing education of lawyers and the public, to reforming and improving the legal system and to aiding in the administration of justice.
