March is for Members

Next month, the state’s largest lawyers group is giving back to its members in a big way: It’s Member Appreciation Month.

While the New Jersey State Bar Association’s mission always focuses on serving its members, officials felt it was important to take time to recognize members’ many contributions.

“Our members are the heart of this organization. They consistently give of their time and expertise to make our efforts successful. Their efforts educate, promote the mission of the association and improve the fair administration of justice, not just for the members of the legal profession, but for all of the residents of this great state,” said NJSBA President Ralph J. Lamparello.

Here’s a look at the events and specials on tap during the month of March.

The bar association is hosting a free NJSBA Member Meet-Up at 6 p.m. on March 12 at Rutgers University School of Law – Newark. The event is free, but registration is required.

A Networking Reception will be held on March 26 starting at 6:30 p.m. in Morristown. Association members are invited to attend the evening event to meet their colleagues and the bar’s leaders, and to learn more about the innovative efforts of the association. It will be a night of socializing and networking.
