How can young associates deal with bullying tactics during depositions? What can you do if your supervisor suggests a course of conduct that
seems questionable? How do you respond to a judge that seems to have really misapplied the law?
These vexing situations were explored during an informative seminar put on by the Young Lawyers Division at the NJSBA Annual Meeting today. Panelists Christina Vassiliou (Sterns & Weinroth) and Brandon Mindle (Essex County Prosecutors Office) covered key provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct and how they should be applied to avoid pitfalls and maintain a professional reputation. A well presented and
informative program. Kudos to the YLD.
