NOTICE OF HEARING
on Proposed Amendments to Rule 1:38 and other Recommendations of the Supreme Court Special Committee on Public Access to Court Records.
The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing for Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 10 a.m. on the report and recommendations of the Supreme Court Special Committee on Public Access to Court Records. The hearing will be in the Supreme Court courtroom in the Hughes Justice Complex, Trenton.
