A Dialogue on Discovery in the E-Age
October 28, 2009
NJ Supreme Court Associate Justice Virginia Long led a free-flowing discussion on the future of discovery in the New Jersey courts. Justice Long chairs the Supreme Court’s Ad Hoc Committee charged with evaluating the problems practitioners encounter with discovery and solutions to them in the electronic age.

This program was presented by the NJSBA Criminal Law and Municipal Court Practice Sections and the Young Lawyers Division.
