In the past, the NJSBA has recommended the names of attorneys and non-attorneys to serve as volunteers on District Ethics Committees in New Jersey's attorney disciplinary system. It also offers the Supreme Court its analysis of each annual attorney disciplinary budget paid for by the annual assessment on attorneys in an effort to maximize the fairness, excellence and cost effectiveness of the system.
