Ethics Support Amicus Activities Amicus Cases By Laws Explained Pro Bono Mass Disaster Response Ethics Diversionary Program

The NJSBA's Ethics Diversionary Program began in 1996 at the request of the New Jersey Supreme Court. It provides the education and practical support needed to address minor attorney misconduct under R. 1:20-3 (I)(2)(A) and to mediate differences between attorneys and clients. In cooperation with the State's Office of Attorney Ethics, legal education seminars are presented on applicable rules and professional conduct which are attended by lawyers referred to the program by the Office of Attorney Ethics.
